Once again, those who subscribe to this objection seem to look to culture at the time 1st Corinthians was written. The culture relied upon comes from sources outside the Bible.
Did some of the Corinthians hold the belief that the woman’s hair was connected to her fertility? I don’t know and really don’t care.
The Bible is absolutely silent about this suggested belief. However, the Bible is not silent regarding the reasons for the requirement for the woman to veil herself when praying or prophesying.
